Grounded in evidence-based positive psychology, this session shares simple, realistic strategies to support educator wellbeing, strengthen connection, and create a positive classroom and staffroom climate.

Robbie O’ Connell is an experienced primary school Principal and is currently an administrative Principal of St. Brendan’s National School in the picturesque village of Blennerville, just outside Tralee in Co. Kerry in Ireland. Robbie obtained a Degree in Social Science in University College Cork and worked as a social care worker prior to completing a postgraduate Degree in Primary Education in Marino Institute of Education, Dublin. Robbie most recently completed a Masters Degree in the leadership of wellbeing in Education. Robbie is an accredited educational and leadership and life coach. Robbie is an Oide trained facilitator and mentor to newly appointed principals and a part time tutor with Hibernia College
