Lead Well, Live Well: Sustainable Leadership Through Positive Psychology

A Positive Psychology Approach to Sustainable Leadership

Apply Positive Psychology frameworks (PERMA and Broaden-and-Build Theory) to enhance personal wellbeing and leadership effectiveness in a school context. Implement three practical micro-habits—such as strengths-spotting, brief recovery pauses, and reflective goal-setting—to improve resilience and energy management during the school week. Design a personal Wellbeing Operating System (WOS) that integrates evidence-based routines for emotional regulation, positive relationships, and sustainable leadership practices.
