This workshop will help you prepare to slow down after a busy and perhaps stressful school year.  It will give you tools and insights to recharge your batteries meaningfully over the summer.  After long periods of stress and intense stress, it can often take people many weeks to unwind.   Overthinking and poor habits can further compound this.  This workshop will give you insights and practices that you can easily incorporate into your daily life that will help you slow down so you can shift gears, enjoy your summer and return more refreshed for the next school year.

Whether you are feeling burned out or a bit tired, or simply want to boost your wellbeing, the workshop will prepare you to enjoy high quality rest and personal time during the summer.

  • Effective Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques: Participants will learn practical techniques to manage stress and promote relaxation. This includes understanding different practices that can help them slow down, switch off, and unwind.
  • Enhancing Wellbeing through Balanced Living: Attendees will gain insights into the various pillars of wellbeing and how to boost them. They will learn how to create a balanced lifestyle that suits their individual needs, enabling them to enjoy high-quality rest and personal time during the summer.
  • Preventing and Overcoming Burnout: Participants will develop strategies to prevent and overcome burnout. They will understand the importance of rest and recovery for peak performance and learn how to incorporate habits that support long-term wellbeing and resilience.
