Exploring Neurodiversity in Education

Suitable for Primary and Post Primary Teachers and SNAs

Neurodiversity is a term now used commonly throughout education in relation to students who are autistic, have ADHD etc.

We can have difficulty understanding what neurodiversity is and why we need to explore it more.  This webinar will consider what we mean by neurodiversity, terminology and it’s associated developmental conditions and especially to consider those necessary environmental accommodations for the neurodivergent student embracing  different models of practice and approaches. The webinar will provide the framework for a deep understanding of neurodiversity in a classroom setting.
