Our mental health is precious, and looking after it is more important than ever now, as we still have the stresses and challenges of the pandemic to deal with. We need to be very proactive and do everything we can on a personal level to nurture it, so that we can feel strong and equipped to deal with these challenges. This webinar will offer 5 ideas for minding our minds, from the field of Positive Psychology, which is the science of well-being.
