Suitable for Primary and Post Primary Teachers and SNAs

Facilitator: Mai Kerins, is a Mindfulness, Guidance Counsellor, Supervisor and Accredited Counsellor working with adults and adolescents, in individual and in group settings. She is trained in and has facilitated groups in Reflective Practice
