An Introduction to Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) - Online Course
This 4-week introductory online course in Mindfulness teaches you simple, yet profound practices and skills that promote self-awareness, personal development and general well-being. It will help you experience yourself and the world without the harsh self-critical voice of judgement, that may follow you around.
Research is showing the benefits of Mindfulness particularly in dealing with anxiety, our tendency to be self-critical, to overthink or worry.
Facilitator: Mai Kerins is a Mindfulness Teacher, Guidance Counsellor, Supervisor and Counsellor working with adults and adolescents. Her work includes individual and group facilitation.
Time: 10am to 12pm each week.
