This talk will explore what anxiety is, research findings in relation to autistic people and mental health, how it affects the autistic population,  strategies to help with anxiety, approaches to make current therapies more accessible and the use of apps and devices to address anxiety. 


Dr Susan Crawford PhD, Autism Spectrum Disorder Consultant, Fulbright Scholar, Masters in Teaching & Learning, BScSport & Exercise Science, Registered Midwife and Registered General Nurse.
