The Role of the Year Head – Towards a Team Approach

Tutor: Harry Freeman - Harry is the Leader of the Positive Behaviour Management strand of the Masters in Education Programme in Trinity College.

Target Group:  Teachers who currently hold or aspire to positions of leadership in post-primary schools.

The course will:

• Support the year head team in defining and establishing a definition and vision for the role
• Introduce a range of template administration/support files
• Enable year heads to  support the wellbeing, learning and behaviour of the year group,
• Discuss the role of the year head in supporting colleagues

The course is run over 3 evenings:

Thursday 13th, 20th and 27th October 2022

Time:  7.00pm to 9.00pm

Venue:  ONLINE
