·         This course is aimed at mainstream and Special Education Teachers at post-primary.

·         The course will give an overview of the challenges faced by students in terms of organisation.

·         It will explore the pertinence of explicitly teaching organisational skills.

·         It will highlight strategies to support the teaching of organisational skills.

Presented by Rose-Marie Flanagan (B.Ed., M.Ed. in SEN)

Rose-Marie has experience working as a mainstream teacher, SET, special class teacher and SENCO. She has worked as both an Advisor and an Associate with the NCSE since 2015. She completed a Master’s in Special Education in MIC in 2011. Her interests are in Inclusion Policy and Practice; Social and Emotional Learning; Positive Behaviour Support for students and Assistive Technology.
