Placing Well-Being & Mental Health at the Heart of Your Teaching
Well-being and mental health are the essential foundations to help children to flourish and reach their potential. Now, with the added challenges that children have faced over the last 2 years, it is more important than ever for us to nurture their well-being and mental health, and put it at the heart of our teaching.
This webinar will outline many practical ways for teachers to do this in day-to day classroom life. A combination of support and skills is essential, with an emphasis on building positive relationships, supporting emotional regulation and enhancing positivity.
