Staff Well-Being: Cultivating Calmness to Manage Stress & Promote Well-Being

Learning how to cultivate a sense of inner calm is vital in helping school staff to deal with the stresses and challenges of school life. This session will provide some helpful ways for teachers & SNAs to deal with stress, as well as providing several strategies and techniques for calming the nervous system. We will also look at ways to try to create that all-important work-life balance.

For teachers (primary & post-primary) & SNAs
