  1. How to Address Burnout in our Lives - November 7th, 4-5 PM 2024

We can consistently run / contribute to a strong and thriving team and school - whenwe ourselves are thriving. Overworking, burnout and exhaustion does not pave the way for sustainable learning and growth. It undermines it. When people are burned out, potential and output is eroded. Wellbeing, joy and happiness wane. Health is adversely affected.
